🧩 Role Purpose

To manage the complete tendering & procurement lifecycle for interior works, ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, transparent vendor selection, and timely contract execution for all interior fit-out projects.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Preparation & Management
• Prepare BOQs, scope of work, specifications & tender documents for:
• Civil & interior works
• MEP services
• Furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E)
• Signage, lighting, landscaping & specialized works
• Float tenders to empaneled & new vendors
• Conduct pre-bid meetings, site visits & technical clarifications
• Receive, open, analyze and compare bids

2. Costing & Budget Control
• Prepare detailed cost estimates & rate analysis
• Benchmark costs with market rates & previous projects
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Ensure final contracts remain within approved project budgets

3. Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation
• Shortlist vendors based on technical & financial criteria
• Conduct negotiations to achieve optimal commercial terms
• Prepare comparative statements (CS) & recommendations
• Finalize vendor contracts, work orders & agreements

4. Contract & Documentation
• Draft & manage:
• Work orders
• Contracts & amendments
• Payment milestones
• Performance guarantees & insurances
• Ensure all documentation aligns with project & legal requirements

5. Coordination & Execution Support
• Coordinate with:
• Architects & consultants
• Project execution team
• Accounts & legal departments
• Support execution team with procurement schedules & vendor commitments
• Track material approvals, submittals & delivery timelines

6. Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain complete tender & vendor records
• Generate cost reports, procurement trackers & status updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies & audit requirements

• Strong knowledge of interior construction & MEP
• Expert in BOQ preparation, rate analysis & negotiations
• Understanding of hospitality, commercial & residential fit-outs
• Contractual & commercial acumen
• Vendor development & market sourcing skills
• Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, project management software

🧑💼 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
• Professional certifications in project management or procurement preferred
