Job Description: • Conduct Market Research: • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Collect data to support business development initiatives and strategic decision-making. • Keep abreast of industry news, developments, and emerging trends. • Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Support the business development team in identifying and qualifying leads. • Research and build a database of potential clients and contacts. • Assist in creating and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. • Assist in Proposal Development: • Collaborate with the business development team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. • Assist in creating compelling and tailored proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition. • Conduct thorough research on client requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs. • Relationship Building: • Support in building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. • Assist attending client meetings, conferences, and networking events. • Contribute to fostering a positive company image and maintaining excellent client relations. • Sales Support: • Assist in tracking and managing sales activities, including monitoring sales pipelines, and updating CRM systems. • Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analysis. • Collaborate with the sales team in generating sales leads and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities. • Collaborative Projects: • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency. • Work closely with different teams, such as marketing and product development, to align business strategies. Candidate Profile : • Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or recently graduated). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey information. • Proficiency in conducting research and analY.l.ag data. • Attention to detail. • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • A passion for business development, sales, and an eagerness to learn and contribute.
