General Description
MEPUSA is an operating E&P company and MEMS is an energy trading company located in the galleria area of Houston, TX. The HR & General Affairs department for MEMS & MEPUSA is seeking a Human Resources & General Affairs Intern for a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2025. This internship will provide on-the-job experience in compliance, recruiting, talent management and external marketing. The HR Intern will gain a better understanding of various Human Resource functions and apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world practical setting.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Learn application of employment law and compliance, especially regarding proper maintenance of employee files, work authorization, work agreements and other form / document management, while maintaining confidentiality
