Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and digital innovation? Join our dynamic team as an Internal Account Manager, where you’ll play a vital role in driving growth and delivering value across the Allied Health and Wholesalers market.
This role is a new and exciting fixed term contract opportunity where you’ll take ownership of a diverse and evolving product portfolio including Digital Health Solutions and Infection Control Consumables.
What you’ll be doing:
Strategically managing and growing a portfolio of key wholesale and allied health accounts via phone, video, and email.
Building and executing a tailored sales plan in collaboration with National Sales Managers.
Using the Sales Growth Toolkit and Gforce Sales Management platform to track and manage account activities and opportunities.
Maintaining high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and clinical support.
Responding to RFQs, supporting tenders, and working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and Clinical Applications and Product Support team, to deliver value-added solutions.
Driving sales through regular promotional initiatives and educational materials, aligned to new industry standards such as AS 536+:2023.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in internal/inside sales, preferably within the healthcare, allied health, or wholesale space.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships remotely.
Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to territory planning and account development.
Experience or confidence in delivering product education and clinical-level support.
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms to manage sales cycles.
