Who you are
You have a worked in healthcare or other industry leading projects for a minimum of 6 years with progressive work experience. You have experience in project management, group facilitation, and change management. You have a proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications. You have strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
Education Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with six years of progressive work experience
Completion of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt training
Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.
What you will do
Act as a facilitator to guide project teams through a structured methodology for process improvement
Work with project teams and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators for the ongoing measurability and monitoring of implemented performance changes
Ensure appropriate monitoring and reporting of project progress and results
Conduct regular post-project reviews of performance change sustainability; offer support to help the department/program get back on track, if required
Mentor and coach Horizon employees who are leading Green Belt and White Belt projects
Deliver White Belt training to Horizon employees
