Internal Sales Consultant

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships? We are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

The role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for inbound sales enquiries and processing sales orders, along with selling our products to major contractors, builders and architects.

The role is part-time and somewhat flexible with days and hours. Please note, you must be available on Mondays and Fridays and an 8am start is essential.

Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with our existing client base.
Manage all inbound sales channels, telephone and email, in a timely manner.
Prepare and follow up sales proposals, quotes and orders, whilst maintaining sales records.
Deliver exceptional service and exceed all client expectations.
Day to day administrative tasks.
Actively identify new opportunities and generate leads.
Maintain accurate project records in our CRM system.
The Ideal Candidate:

Sales and customer service experience.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet KPIs and targets.
Be efficient with computers, including Microsoft Suite. Previous MYOB use is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Has a drive to excel in sales and building relationships.
Confident cold calling with an excellent phone manner
