Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident International Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for communicating with international clients/customers, promoting our services, and scheduling appointments or follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective international clients ( B2B)
• Explain and promote Mantra Care’s services and wellness programs
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Schedule demos or consultations with wellness professionals
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets (appointments, conversions, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead feedback

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English with a clear, neutral or international accent
• 0–3 years of experience in international calling / BPO / telemarketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Familiarity with international cultures (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts (based on geography)
• Positive attitude and resilience under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce
