Customer Engagement: Interact with international customers via phone to provide information on travel packages, bookings, and services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Sales Conversion: Proactively identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel-related products, destinations, pricing, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a smooth resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful bookings and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
