Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and globally-minded International Business Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about international business and eager to support various global business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify international business opportunities and trends.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to understand global market dynamics and business performance.
• Business Strategy: Assist in developing strategies for entering and expanding in international markets.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on international business activities and performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and international regulations related to business operations.
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with international teams and partners to support business initiatives.
• Risk Analysis: Assess risks related to international business activities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors in international markets to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Financial Analysis: Support financial analysis for international projects and initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving international business processes and systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the international business field.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
