This role is crucial in driving our growth in global markets. The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition, sales presentations, market research, and relationship management, ensuring our international sales targets are met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition (International): • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. • Generate leads, conduct prospecting, and build relationships with potential global clients. Sales Presentations: • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective international clients. • Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients. Market Research (International): • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within international markets. • Use insights to inform business development strategies. Sales Pipeline Management: • Manage the sales pipeline for international opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of prospects. • Track progress and implement strategies to move prospects through the sales cycle. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Performance Monitoring: • Monitor and analyze the performance of international business development activities. • Generate reports and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve targets. Collaboration: • Collaborate with the Business Development Head and other team members to ensure cohesive strategies. • Align efforts with overall business development goals. Sales Targets: • Meet or exceed sales targets for international markets. • Implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in international business development or a similar role. • Strong understanding of international markets and business practices. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations. • Strong market research and analytical skills. • Effective communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools. • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company's offerings. • Multilingual abilities and cross-cultural communication skills.
