We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Global Telecaller to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, addressing queries, and nurturing positive client relationships. We need someone who can effectively gather essential information from clients and uphold healthy work relations with them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers on behalf of the company.
Use email and messaging platforms to engage with prospects.
Build rapport with clients through effective communication.
Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Promote services, focusing on customer needs.
Document customer interactions, purchases, and reactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an International telecaller or in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills. (both written and verbal).
Persuasive and articulate.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
