ASR Techno is seeking a creative and versatile Motion Graphics Designer and Illustrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create captivating motion graphics and illustrations that enhance our brand’s storytelling and user experience. Your designs will play a crucial role in bringing our brand identity to life and making financial interactions as engaging and intuitive as our users' aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
• Develop creative designs for digital media including social media, advertisements, pitch decks, logos, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Create original style YouTube Thumbnails, 2D, 3D graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective campaign materials.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual style.

Motion Graphics:
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and video content.
• Produce animated elements for multimedia projects.
• Work with video editors to integrate motion graphics into video projects.

What you’ll bring
• Thorough understanding of the creative process
• Understanding of integrated campaigns, branding, animation, websites, banners, email, and social media deliverables
• Knowledge of visual hierarchy, graphic composition fundamentals and typography
• Thorough understanding of production processes for both online and offline design
• Ability to generate ideas and provide input within brainstorming or workshop environments
• Excellent proficiency with primary software packages — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Passion for digital technology, creativity and communication
• Strong working knowledge of responsive design and interactive communications
• Ability to demonstrate a clear vision of how the work addresses the client's challenge
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
