Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic graduates to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Fireflink. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for sales, technology, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Fireflink’s products and services to offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable terms and conditions while addressing client requirements and expectations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform business development strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM systems, providing regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Masters in computer science or technology
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with software products, technology solutions, and SaaS offerings is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in the technology, software, or SaaS industry will be an added advantage
