Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Internship Trainee role at Lifology | The Guidance App in Trivandrum. The Internship Trainee will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to assessments, coaching, mentoring, gathering labor market intelligence, and developing life skills programs.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of career development principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
