Intervention Teaching Assistant - Primary School Opportunities in Alresford

Are you a dedicated teaching assistant with the enthusiasm and creativity to support children in their learning journey? We are looking for multiple intervention teaching assistants to work across various primary schools in Alresford.

About the Role: Engage Education is recruiting intervention teaching assistants to provide support across our partner schools. These roles range from 1 to 5 days per week, with flexible contract lengths to suit your availability.

As an intervention teaching assistant, you’ll work with individual pupils or small groups to help close gaps in learning, particularly those caused by school closures. You’ll support children across various subjects, with a tailored induction provided upon appointment to assess the specific needs of the children you’ll be working with.

• Experience: Previous experience in a teaching assistant role is beneficial, particularly in delivering targeted interventions.
• Skills: Strong literacy and numeracy skills, the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, and adaptability across all primary phases (EYFS-KS2).
• Key Attributes: A caring and positive role model, with a commitment to supporting pupil progress.

Contract Details:
• Full-time contracts (Monday to Friday)
• Competitive pay: £83-£+6 per day.
