Identify inventory process gaps and recommend improvements to internal controls
Partner with Operations Manager to address inventory discrepancies and operational challenges
What You Bring

Proven self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
Minimum 6 months of inventory management or warehouse experience, including cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with at least 2 years of driving experience and a clean record
Experience with or willingness to learn Service Titan or other inventory management software
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Effective communicator and team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
