Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager and Admin to oversee our company's inventory and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking inventory movements, ensuring accuracy of inventory records, and coordinating with various departments to optimize inventory flow. The candidate will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, managing schedules, and handling other office duties as needed.

Responsibilities
• Manage inventory levels, including forecasting and planning for future demand
• Track inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records
• Work with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient inventory flow
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
• Optimize inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain employee records, including onboarding new hires and updating existing records
• Manage schedules for meetings and appointments
• Handle general office duties such as answering phones and responding to emails

Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
