• Key Responsibilities : A: BA Experience: 8-12 years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst with experience of entire Requirement Engineering lifecycle, Gap Analysis B: Experience of using Requirement Management tools such as Jira / Agile Central C:Verbal: Ability to work with resources in multiple geographies, hold workshops, lead discussions and represent their work in calls with Barclays leads
• Technical Experience : A-Investment Banking project experience Finance/sub-ledger migration experience preferred B-Good understanding of Investment Banking trade lifecycle, experience in F2B projects C-Functional skills - strong BA skills spanning across requirements gathering, solution design, documentation D-Soft skills - go-getter, who is able to navigate through complex requirements system architecture good communication skills to liaise closely with challenging senior stakeholders
