Your key responsibilities:

Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in technology, media and telecom sectors
Due diligence of clients and markets
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handle day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Attend client meetings including execution and pitches
Your skills and experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Consumer & Healthcare coverage
Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
Detail oriented and commercial acumen are critical
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
