Invoice Escalations Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a talented Invoice Escalations Consultant to join our ADF Health Services Contract.

Reporting into the Invoice Escalations Team Leader an opportunity has become available on a full time, permanent basis. This is a true hybrid role and is based from our Melbourne CBD office when not working from home.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all administration and processing tasks for the Invoice Operations Team. All invoices must be processed in accordance with provider contracts, industry body rules, and as such this role involves adherence to the quality framework.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

End to end analysis of escalated invoices (including but not limited to processing, rejecting,
adjustment of invoice)
Interacts regularly with external and internal partners to identify and resolve invoice payment issues –inbound and outbound calls and emails
Investigates payment enquires and coordinates with stakeholders for a resolution. Including retrieving required documentation from stakeholders by phone calls or emails for invoice resolution
Actively participate as a team player to strive towards the overall performance of the Invoicing team
Accountable for your scorecard and its deliverables
Attending and participating in team meetings, coaching sessions, training and one on ones

What do I need?

Previous experience in processing, administration or data entry
Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and customer service skills as well as business acumen
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA’s/ KPI’s)
Energetic and enthusiastic team player and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
You must be an Australian citizen and be able to attain and maintain a baseline security clearance from the Defence security and vetting service.
