About the Role
As an ISS Support Worker, you will provide focused care and support for children with additional needs.

You will work closely with families, educators, and external specialists to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and learning for every child.

Key Responsibilities
Providing one-on-one support to children with additional needs
Collaborating with families, educators, and therapists to implement strategies
Observing and documenting children's progress and communicating needs effectively
Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all children
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with patience, empathy, and dedication to making a difference.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Experience supporting children with additional needs in a childcare or educational setting
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A positive, compassionate, and proactive approach
Knowledge of inclusion practices and relevant frameworks (preferred)
A passion for creating an inclusive and supportive environment
