The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Description**

Key responsibilities of the Technical Operations Coordinator include:

Live Event Support: Coordination and management of technical operations of live events, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally
Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues quickly to minimize downtime
Maintenance of hardware and software inventory, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience (minimum two years) in technical support (DevOps), system administration, and networking
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
