Requirements:
• Hardware trouble shooting, Installation of OS(Windows 10), Laptop Configuration, Android Mobile Phone Configuration, Hard disk Encryption, Airwatch Management
• Spectrum Networking Tool Monitoring
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of MS-Outlook client's, solving mailbox related problems
• To attend and resolve all the desktop(Laptop, Mobile, Printer) calls as agreed
• Vendor management as required
• Managing the installation and configuration part of all standard software as per the company policy
• Opening Footprint Tickets for all the issues, Updating Tickets and closure of Tickets
• Resolving, troubleshooting peripheral devices like scanners, printers on a day-to-day
• Network Management: Providing 1st level troubleshooting, diagnosis & maintaining LAN/WAN along with if Up gradation required.
• Troubleshooting and technical assistance to all types of Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Mobile quipment including all peripheral devices.
• Reporting to Supervisor on Day to Day basis.
• Should be up to date and find exciting new Technologies, ability to learn independently and should do a lot of Research.
Qualifications
• IT Graduate/Diploma with 2 Years' Working Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing

• Excellent Working Conditions in a dynamic and strong growing organization
• Should be Flexible of Extending Shift whenever required or working on Weekends
• For the first year this position would be on company payroll and depending upon the performance absorption would be done.
