About The Role

Are you an IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional support? We’re looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide high-level administrative and technical assistance across our College locations. You will be based at our Head Office located in Melbourne, CBD.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring our meeting rooms, systems, and devices run smoothly. You’ll triage service desk tickets, maintain IT infrastructure, and help enhance our technology solutions. With a focus on customer service and continuous improvement, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to system enhancements.

If you have strong technical skills, experience with Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, PowerShell), and a proactive approach to IT support, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Bring

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
Sound knowledge of MS Office and MS Windows operating system, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365 Solutions and Microsoft Intune.
Experience in managing mobile technology devices (e.g., mobile phones, tablets and notebooks) across a broad range of technologies.
Experience in using Windows scripting such as PowerShell.
Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.

Some Of What’s On Offer

Salary range from $64,533 to $77,3+8 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading.
A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff, with pro rata benefits for part-time staff.
Gender neutral 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers.
