• Sourcing profiles from different sources (job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.) Job
Postings, and References.
• Screening the profiles by conducting preliminary checks (Communication Skills,
Academic Qualifications and Experience).
• Maintaining Pipeline of Quality Profiles and Assuring delivery within Stipulated time.
Prioritizing the Urgent Requirements.
• Scheduling telephonic and face to face interview.
• Co-ordinating with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Follow-up with the shortlisted candidates.
• Post offer follow-up until the candidate onboarding.
• Maintaining the Status tracker of candidates who have joined
• End to End requirement (Screening, Sourcing, Shortlisting, Calling up for Candidate).
• Performing reference and background checks
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Conducting employee engagement activities
• Responsible for employee personal file management.
• Maintaining employee data such as HRIS, Updating details in HR software.
Skills
• Post Graduate specialised in HR (MBA or MSW)
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
• Be open to learn new things
• Should have a clear and well-defined focus on the objective
• Excellent Oral, Written Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Female candidates preferred
• Location - From Jaipur Only
