Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Operations Executive located in Mumbai. The IT Operations Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and managing information technology operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Network Administration and Information Technology expertise
• IT Operations management experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
