Responsibilities - IT Recruiter
Handling end to end recruitment for squad candidates for Tester profile for Fresher and Experienced
Handling end to end recruitment for outsider candidates for other IT and sometimes Non-IT profile from 06 Months - 01 Year Experienced
Understanding the requirement & taking a complete brief of expectations from Clients
Studying the J.D. if provided by the clients in detail, gathering information about company & their competitors
Forward the JD to post on facebook
Sourcing CVs through job portals, referencing and internal database
Screening & short listing the CVs according to Job specifications
Taking HR round of interview/Lining up the candidates (Internal recruitment)
Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective
Forwarding the suitable profile details to the client
Posting new requirements through various job portals
Conducting the interview feedback on time
Preparing monthly reports to keep track of the recruitment actions
Follow-ups with the candidates till joining
