Experience - 6 months to 3 years
Location - Nehru place, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, and social channels to promote IT products and services.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).
Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Manage and update CRM tools with lead information, activities, and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to enhance offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
