About the Role
At Uptime Solutions, we are looking for a talented 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our clients. This role involves using your analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various technologies, including Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Office.
In this position, you will also be responsible for network troubleshooting and basic administration of Windows Server 2016 and 201+. You will work closely with your team to provide market-leading technical support and escalate higher-level issues to senior engineers. Our supportive environment will help you grow and develop your skills, with mentorship from senior engineers and support for professional certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
