1.MultiGenesys Software Pvt. Ltd. is an IT and consulting service provider based in Pune. The company was incorporated in 2018 and offers backend development services, cloud/mobile apps, and web development applications to enterprises.
2. We are currently seeking a talented marketing professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an MBA in Marketing who possesses excellent English communication skills and has exposure to international lead handling and client servicing
3. Lead Generation: To build a robust sales pipeline, identify and prospect potential international clients through various channels, familiarize with lead generation tools- LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, Zoominfo, Clutch.
4. Client Servicing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients through written and verbal communication.
5. International Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market demands to contribute valuable insights to the business development strategy.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and optimize the overall business development process.
Qualifications:
1. MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Exposure to international lead handling and client servicing is a significant advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
