Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing our IT operations. This Service Desk team is passionate about customer service and supports their fellow colleagues across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
Operate the IT helpdesk, manage and resolve incidents, and escalate issues as needed.
Provide high-quality user support, including troubleshooting computer, networking, telephony, and application issues.
Administer user accounts and manage IT assets through systems like Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Deploy hardware and software for new and existing staff.
Maintain IT infrastructure using tools such as Intune and Microsoft 365 services.
Support the team with cross-functional projects and ensure health and safety compliance.
About You
We are looking for individuals with experience in first and second-level ICT support.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and ICT security awareness is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are required.
A tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge of health and safety practices is necessary.
Requirements
Long-term work rights in NZ are essential.
Relevant qualifications below or equivalent experience: Business Computing, Diploma in Information and Communications Technology, National Diploma in Computing Support.
