Job description
We are looking for an IT Technician to assist a Local Police Force with providing support to those who have access to, and use the ICT provided by the force.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure advice is given to assist with any queries relating to IT systems or services
- Manage computer life cycles and endpoints
- Assist with projects by providing technical input
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date from a technical perspective
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of working with Windows 10 OS (including testing and managing security)
- Experience of using Radio Manager
- Previous experience of managing endpoints with technologies such as InTune or Azure-based administration
This is a six month contract and based in Lincolnshire.
