Job Title: Backend Developer with Product Mindset
We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. This role combines backend development skills with exposure to product management, providing opportunities for growth and learning.
About the Role
• Write clean, efficient Java code and build scalable backend components
• Read and understand external API documentation to help build new integrations
• Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices
Requirements
• 3-4 years of backend development experience in Java
• Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future
