Java Software Engineer

Role Brief

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Engineer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for designing and developing supply chain management and goods

management systems, with a focus on WMS / Supplier / Goods Listing systems. Additionally, they will

handle online technical issues and tickets related to supply chain systems and finance.

You’ll be required to -
• Design and develop supply chain management systems, including WMS, Supplier, and Goods Listing systems, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Take ownership of solving online technical issues and tickets related to supply chain systems

and finance, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute system

enhancements and optimizations.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Java development, database

technologies, and optimization mathematics to contribute to continuous improvement

initiatives.

Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to team members and

stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

You Are The Right Fit, If You Have -

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Aerospace, Electric,

Automation), or related technical / science fields.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Java development, preferably in retail supply

chain systems.
• Strong coding skills in Java with a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with UNIX / Linux environment, database technologies, distributed systems, and

optimization mathematics (linear programming, nonlinear optimization).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize and

execute technical solutions.

Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with industry trends and

advancements in technology.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in designing and developing scalable and

efficient supply chain management systems.
