Responsibilities:

● Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers,

maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot.

● Development: Write high-quality code and review code contributed by team members,

● Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and development

● Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to plan and manage project

timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

● Code Reviews: Perform regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide

constructive feedback to team members.

● Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical

support to the team as needed.

● Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and technical solutions

for future reference.

● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and

product management, to ensure seamless project execution.

● Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend

the adoption of new tools and practices to improve development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 5-6 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

- Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful

APIs.

- Proficiency in database design and SQL.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

- Relevant certifications in Java and Spring Boot are a plus.
