Seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer to join a dynamic team in Oxford, offering innovative solutions in software development. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 to £80,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and frameworks like React or Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in JavaScript and software development.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer.
• Proficient in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
