Are you a JavaScript expert with a love for crafting fullstack solutions? Our client looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join their cutting-edge team, where you'll leverage your skills in Node.js, React,Typescript and modern JavaScript frameworks to build powerful, scalable applications. From designing sleek, responsive UIs to architecting robust, back-end systems, you'll have end-to-end ownership of the tech stack. If you’re passionate about building products that users love and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, this role is for you!
What You Will Do
• Play a key role in developing and deploying the platform
• Develop architecture and play a leading role in technology choices and innovation.
• Optimize our test, release, and deployment processes (working with our QAs and platform engineers).
• Collaborate closely with other team members, technical and non-technical to turn business requirements into technical solutions that make a difference for our clients and users.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the development of our engineering culture.
• Continually seek out and share ways to improve our processes, platform, and culture.
What You Need To Have
• Experienced as a senior or mid-level full stack developer, you are passionate about software development and engineering.
• You embrace a growth mindset, always.
• You are always looking to develop your technical knowledge and team-based skills.
• You consistently seek ways to improve products, processes and ways of working and continuously share what you learn with your team.
• Proficiency in Nodejs, Typescript, NextJS/React, Lambda/Step Functions. Postgres/Dynamo, CDK/ECS, Playwright. Don't worry if you aren't expert in every technology listed - we want to find a person who will be a great fit for and add to our team.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, growth-centric environment.
• Ability and confidence to challenge existing processes and ways of working and suggest improvements.
• Confident explaining ideas, solutions and achievements to technical and non-technical audiences, team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Data-driven approach
