Responsibilities
• Develop expertise in engine hardware production, focusing on various alloys and materials.
• Collaborate with peers to review technical content, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting reviews and adapting to organizational goals and customer requirements.
• Work closely with service and technical engineers to plan and draft detailed technical content.
• Maintain high-quality delivery at every production step, achieving all project objectives.
• Contribute to the development, writing, and quality assurance of technical documents, ensuring timeliness and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay aware of airworthiness regulatory and flight safety requirements.
• Utilize strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Show flexibility in scheduling to interact with customers across different time zones.
Required Skills
• Prior experience in repair engineering within aftermarket services is essential.
• Strong understanding of jet engine operation, components, and functions is critical.
• Extensive experience in repair and maintenance processes for addressing non-conformities in Aero engine components is necessary.
• Ability to develop repair techniques and interpret technical data from MRO process manuals for Aero engines is crucial.
• Proficiency in GD&T and engineering drawing applications is expected.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools is mandatory.
Qualification
• B.E. / B.Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• AME with Line and Base Maintenance with Gas Turbine Experience can also apply
