Job description : job responsibilities : 1. drive channel expansion in the catchment territory2. monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory3. drive acquisition and revenue targets (inbound and outbound)4. operationalize all the jio points within a jio centre5. own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory6. ensure world class customer experience at jio points7. maintain hygiene and governance at jio points8. monitor and manage productivity of the team+. monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners skills & competencies : 1. territory familiarity2. distribution management skills3. people management skills4. communication skills5. influencing and negotiation skills6. problem solving skills7. process orientation.
