Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room bookings
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as required
Support office operations by ordering office supplies and ensuring that common areas (such as the kitchen and meeting rooms) are stocked and clean
Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and conducting office tours
