Job Description

We have Opportunity to join our HR Consulting (End to End HR function) and Services Panel. We would like to invite Senior HR Professionals who have time to take on assignments to apply by sending us their profiles to us.

HR SERVICES Under One Roof
• Pay roll Management, Statutory and Legal compliances
• Performance Management
• Establishing HR Practices
• Liasoning work with Govt. Departments
• End to End HR functions (issue of Offer/appointment letters, monthly evaluation, leave management, day to day HR activities, etc). Through this service we would handle all your HR functions externally.

Performance Management System.

Report on current Employee Satisfaction level

Report on Employee Satisfaction level after 3 months and 6 months

Culture Assessment Report with findings recommendations to build a High Performance Culture

Recommend, discuss and facilitate implementation of Rewards Recognition and Employee Engagement strategy to improve the employee productivity

3o min coaching twice a month to the Senior Management build a healthy work culture and improve team performance.

Conduct 1 training session of 4honce a month. The dates for the same would be mutually agreed upon by the Consultant the Client.The cost for outsourced training is excluded from this agreement.

The consultant will do a post training follow up to check if the action plan created or lessons learnt in the trainings are implemented and if there are any challenges in implementing the plan.

The consultant will review the Performance of the employees and bi-monthly 121 meetings with them.

MUST BE TRAVEL FRIENDLY. , CLIENT VISIT WILL BE THERE IN NAVI MUMBAI, PUNE.
