• Make decisions related to product selection, design, and integration that impact OEM machine performance, optimization, and quality.
• Apply and improve processes such as Installation Quality Assurance (IQA), OEM integration, and product selection, using tools like Advisor, Cummins OnLine Specifications (COLS), and Global Customer Engineering (GCE).
• Develop strong working relationships with customer technical counterparts to serve as their primary liaison, communicating product change information and facilitating complex installation issue resolutions.
• Lead the translation of customer needs and the "voice of the customer" into functional product requirements to inform program-related decisions.
• Advocate for the customer and market within Cummins during new product development programs, design reviews, and product change request processes.
• Ensure correct product application and installation to meet customer system requirements and environments, ensuring prototype machine performance meets Cummins’ standards.
• Utilize Analysis Led Design (ALD) and Six Sigma tools to optimize product and system performance.

• Product Application Support: Manages technical content to support customers and business operations, ensuring successful design and integration with comprehensive industry experience.
• Product Function Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis: Utilizes computational tools to predict product function and performance relative to system, subsystem, and component-level requirements.
• Product Installation Quality: Applies standard Cummins processes and installation requirements, ensuring proper product installation and minimizing rework.
• Product Problem Solving: Utilizes data-based solutions to address product issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Product Selection: Guides customers to the best product solutions by optimizing specifications for easy installation in new applications.
• Technical Customer Management: Interfaces with customers, providing engineering data, documentation, and training to ensure smooth design and integration processes.
