Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our company as a Tour Executive. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of travel itineraries, assisting customers with bookings, and ensuring that tours and travel arrangements run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Tour Planning & Execution: Assist in designing and arranging tours, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on client preferences.
Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person to understand their travel needs, answer queries, and provide itinerary details.
Booking Coordination: Handle booking processes with airlines, hotels, and tour operators, ensuring accuracy and prompt confirmations.
Travel Documentation: Assist clients in the preparation of necessary travel documents (e.g., visas, travel insurance, permits).
Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-tour and post-tour customer service, addressing client inquiries or complaints efficiently.
Itinerary Customization: Help in customizing travel itineraries according to client specifications and ensuring they meet the traveler’s preferences and budget.
Vendor Relations: Coordinate with hotels, guides, and local operators to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
Reporting & Feedback: Assist in preparing tour reports and collecting customer feedback for quality improvement.
Administrative Support: Maintain and update records, files, and databases of travel bookings and customer details.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's in Arts ( English) Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple bookings and travel arrangements with precision.
Customer-Oriented: Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and ensuring traveler satisfaction.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of travel booking systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver seamless travel services.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced travel environment.
