Video Editing/Making Internship

About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Editing and assembling footage:

a. Import and organize raw footage

b. Trim and sequence video clips

c. Ensure continuity and flow within the timeline

2. Enhancing visuals:

a. Focus on color correction and grading

b. Apply visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics

c. Ensure visual consistency and quality

3. Audio editing:

a. Sync audio with video

b. Enhance audio quality, including noise reduction and equalization

c. Add sound effects and background music

4. Collaborating with creative teams:

a. Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members

b. Interpret and execute creative vision and direction

c. Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed

5. Exporting and delivering final product:

a. Export videos in required formats and resolutions

b. Ensure all technical specifications are met

c. Deliver final files within deadlines

6. Maintaining video archives:

a. Organize and manage project files and assets

b. Archive completed projects for future reference

7. Staying updated with industry trends:

a. Keep abreast of new editing software and technologies

b. Implement best practices and innovative techniques

8. Quality control:

a. Review and ensure the final product meets quality standards

b. Correct any technical issues or errors before final delivery

+. Project management:

a. Manage multiple projects simultaneously

b. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

10. Additional responsibilities:

a. Create and edit promotional materials, trailers, and teasers

b. Assist with live video production as needed

c. Support other departments with video-related tasks and projects

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Palghar, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Mira Bhayandar and neighboring cities

Stipend:
INR ₹ 8,000-15,000 /month
