Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recovery Specialist (COD) at Shiplog. The Recovery Specialist will be responsible for providing COD recovery from delivery associates support, managing insurance processes, conducting training sessions, and fostering effective communication with clients and stakeholders. While the role is primarily located in Gurugram, remote work is accepted.

Qualifications
• Should have a stronghold in legal and connection across the territory
• Experience in COD recovery in the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication Abilities
• Expertise in recovery
• Knowledge of Insurance processes
• Training skills for educating delivery associates related to COD
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in any field
