Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the paint shop operations, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing processes.
• Ensure proper functioning of paint shop equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and conveyors.
• Monitor production schedules and allocate resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety standards in the paint shop to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
• Conduct quality checks on painted components to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to paint application, equipment, or processes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory levels for paints, solvents, and other materials required for operations.
• Provide training and guidance to paint shop workers to enhance skills and productivity.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing or working in a paint shop environment, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work in day and night shifts.
• Good communication and team management skills.
