Roles and Responsibilities

To work out the best possible rates on the International tour itineraries.
Understand the customer specifications and suggest suitable travel services.
To provide excellent customer service to passengers and provide reservations Handle reservations and bookings for flights Ticketing, reissuing tickets, and refunds.
The candidate should be well aware of International destinations, hotel details, and costs.
Should have knowledge of FIT and GIT products.
Should be well-versed with the destinations like Dubai, Maldives, Singapore, Bali, Thailand and Europe.
Candidate must have experience of minimum 3 years.

Desired Candidate Profile.

Good experience in handling Outbound & International queries B2C only.
Should be able to provide information on all tourist destinations and should have prior experience in handling tour package queries.
