Part-time Insurance Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will provide expert insurance advice to clients, helping them manage risk and achieve financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct needs analysis and risk assessments for clients.

2. Recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, general).

3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Provide exceptional customer service.

5. Meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of experience in insurance sales/advisory.

2. Insurance knowledge

3. Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Bachelor's degree in any field.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).

2. Familiarity with insurance software (e.g., INSAS).

3. Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., life insurance, health insurance).
