Role: Virtual Clinical Associate (MBBS)Location: New Delhi

We are looking for a qualified Virtual Clinical Associate with an MBBS degree to join our growing team. This role involves supporting primary care clinics by preparing charts for upcoming appointments, identifying patients for clinical program enrollment, creating detailed care management notes, and managing referrals. You will also work closely with our technology team to optimize and automate workflows, improving operational efficiency and the patient care experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prepare detailed patient charts for upcoming appointments with accuracy.
Conduct eligibility checks for patient coverage and services.
Working with clinical tools such as the ASCVD Risk Assessment Tool
Develop comprehensive notes for care management programs while adhering to clinic protocols.
Manage and coordinate referrals for specialist care and additional services as needed.
Collaborate with the technology team to provide feedback and insights for AI workflow automation initiatives.
Work with doctors and clinical teams in the US, as required.
Collaborate with the technology team to provide insights and support for workflow automation initiatives.
Act as a virtual extension of the primary care team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS

MBBS degree with 2-4 years of experience in clinical or non-clinical roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.:
Prior experience working within the US healthcare system.
Familiarity with ICD-10 medical coding.
Interest in technology and process improvement.
Shift timing- 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM (mandatory night shift)
