About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive online engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a creative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, etc.).
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to achieve measurable goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools.
Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content tailored to target audiences.
Manage the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.
Social Media Management:
Oversee and manage all social media accounts to increase followers and engagement.
Create a content calendar and ensure timely posting of relevant and impactful content.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, with proven experience in a managerial role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMrush, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media platforms, and email marketing.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Certifications: Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Certification) are a plus.
